Top 12 Tips To Writing Effective
Google AdWords Select Ads
By Michael Wong
In this article I show you my top twelve tips for creating effective Google AdWords Select ads [https://adwords.google.com/select/].
I've been testing the Google pay per click advertising system for a while, with much success. These tips will help you create ads that generate higher click through rates, and lower cost per click.
1. Target The Right Audience
Target the right audience by selecting the language and countries that you want to target. For example, I exclude all countries where English is not understood by a large percentage of the population.
2. Refine Your Keywords
Use square brackets "[...]" around your keyword/s.
For example:
[google]
[google adwords]
Your ad will only show when the search is for the exact keyword phrase you have included within the brackets.
The ad will not show for searches that include other keywords. In our example, this would be for searches such as "google search," or "google news."
3. Test Multiple Ads Simultaneously
Always test 2 (or more) ads simultaneously. This is what is known in the print industry as an A/B split test.
Find out which one produces the higher click through ratio. Then replace the weaker performing ad with a new one.
Continue this process in your never-ending quest to get the highest click through ratio possible.
4. Track The Return-On-Investment Of Each Ad
Google tracks the click through ratio of each ad. But it doesn't track the conversion ratio.
Use a special tracking link in each ad to track its conversion ratio. For example, you could attach each ad with an affiliate tracking system link. Make sure each ad produces a return-on-investment.
5. Include Targeted Keywords In Your Ad
Include the targeted keywords in the headline and the description of the ad. Google will highlight searched keywords in bold in the ad.
When people scan search results, they look for the keywords they have entered. Searched keywords highlighted in bold certainly help to catch the user's attention. For this reason, ads with searched keywords usually perform better than ones without.
!!! INCREASE YOUR WEBSITE TRAFFIC, use WebPosition !!!
Submitting alone is not enough. You now need to track and maintain your website's position in the Search Engines.

6. Sell The Benefits
Spell out one or more major benefit in your ad. For example, make more money, stay younger looking, lose weight, get healthier, live happier, etc.
7. Include Attention Grabbing Words In Your Ad
Start your headline with an attention grabbing word. For example, "Free:, New:, Sale:, etc." Make sure you stay within Google's editorial guidelines
[https://adwords.google.com/select/guidelines.html].
8. Use Words That Provoke Emotion & Enthusiasm
Use power words or call-to-action phrases that provoke emotion, enthusiasm and a response.
Here are some examples of power words:
free, cheap, sale, special offer, time limited offer, tricks, you, tips, enhance, discover, fact, learn, at last, free shipping, etc.
Here are some examples of call-to-action phrases:
* Buy Today - Save 50%
* Download Free Trial Now
* Sale Ends Tomorrow
Make sure the phrase specific to your business, otherwise Google may reject the phrase.
9. Sell Your USP (Unique Selling Proposition)
What makes your product or service better, or different, from the competition? Spell them out in your ad.
For example, one of Amazon.com's first taglines was "Earth's Biggest Bookstore." That's a powerful USP!
10. Link To Relevant Landing Pages
If an ad is for a specific product or service, create a landing page for the ad. Include relevant and useful information to convert the customer. Generally, a well designed landing page will almost always convert more visitors than if you simply sent the visitor to the home page.
11. Remove Common Words
Remove common words, such as "a, an, in, on, it, of, etc." Remove every word that does not absolutely need to be in the ad. Make every word count.
12. Deter Freebie Hunters
Deter freebie hunters by including the price of the product or service at the end of the ad. This will improve your overall conversion ratio and lower your average customer acquisition cost.
This may reduce your click through ratio, but that's OK. After all, you're not trying to target every body, only potential customers. In most cases, freebie hunters will never become paying customers.
Conclusion
Remember that advertising is a never-ending series of tests. Always track your ads. Never stop testing different keywords and ads to improve your conversion ratio and lower your customer acquisition cost.
Advertising in Google's AdWords Select [https://adwords.google.com/select/] advertising system works. It may not necessarily produce as many visitors as Overture, but the click through cost can be lower.
Master the art of advertising in Google, and you could outsmart the competitor who's always outbidding you in Overture.

Make Money with Google AdWords - Affiliate Marketing
In my last article I touched on a few different ways to make money online. One of the simplest ways to do this is to use Google AdWords to market products for which you are an affiliate.
One of the best affiliate programs available is ClickBank. They have hundreds of items available for affiliate marketing. They don't allow any products that aren't digital, available for immediate download. It takes only a few minutes to get signed up as an affiliate, and it costs nothing. The signup form is here.
Once you have an affiliate account with ClickBank, you need to log in, and find a product you want to market. This can be done at the ClickBank Marketplace. The products are ranked using a proprietary system designed by ClickBank. This system attempts to place the products most likely to make you money at the top of the list. It takes into consideration several factors, including previous sales trends, and conversion rates. (A conversion rate is the percentage of visitors who are referred to a site that actually purchase the product described).
Go to the marketplace, and pick a product you'd like to market. Look at the product's home page, and decide whether it's something you think people will be interested in. Look at the cost of the product, and the percentage commission you will earn for sales. Obviously the higher the commission the better, but picking a product that sells well is more important than picking a product with a high commission. Once you've found your product, click the link that says "Earn X%". This will pop up a window telling you what your affiliate link should be for this seller. Copy the link down, and save it for the time being.
Next you need to find a way to get people to click this link. As you may have guessed by now, Google's AdWords program is the easiest way to get started. The other option is to start your own web site, but this takes some time and quite a bit more effort. I'll cover some of these topics in coming articles. For now we'll focus on AdWords.
First, you'll need to sign up for an AdWords account. Go to the main AdWords site and click the button labeled "Click to begin". You'll need to tell Google a few things about your target market, and then you can create an ad. I'll go into more detail about how to create the perfect ad a bit later, but for now I'll focus on a few important things. First, make sure you read the Editorial Guidelines for AdWords. There's a link on the page where you're setting up your ad. One thing to note is that Google requires you to put the word "Affiliate" or "Aff." in your ad so people know you're an affiliate. You also can't do things like use a bunch of exclamation marks or type your ad all in caps. There's an automated review process which will catch most of these errors, and a human review process which will catch most things not caught by the automated review.
Enough of what not to do. Try to make your ad eye-catching, without violating the guidelines. Use active verbs, and make sure you use relevant keywords you think potential customers might be searching for. Google will highlight keywords in your ad when they're part of the user's search phrase.
Once you've created your ad text and gotten past the automated review, you're ready to choose keywords. Choose the keywords you think are most relevant to your product. Even if you can create an ad with a fantastic click through rating that drives hordes of people to your affiliate link, you won't make any money unless those people actually buy the product. Type in some keywords, and use the "Keyword Tool" on the right hand side of the page to get suggestions from Google. Also think about common misspellings for keywords. This can be a good way to get some cheap clicks that are still relevant.
You'll next have to determine how much you are willing to pay. The best strategy is to start out small. Spending even $10 per day can give you an idea of what might work and what might not. Once you have an ad that's working, and you've made a couple of sales, you can increase your max cost per day. Keep in mind that if you have high demand keywords, and a low maximum Cost Per Click, your ad may never get shown, or it may be shown on page 99 of the Google results. You need to find a balance between paying $5 for a single click, and not having your ad shown at all. Usually the "recommendations" made by Google are way too high, and will cause you to go broke in a hurry.
Almost done now. You'll now need to finish signing up for your account. You'll need a credit card so Google can charge you when your ads are clicked. They'll add everything up and charge you once per month or so for all of your clicks. Do be careful about spending your entire budget on the first day. You'll need a couple weeks at least to try to evaluate what works and what doesn't. Don't be afraid to start small, and work your way up slowly to making more sales.

How Do You Export Your Google AdWords Campaign
When upgrading to Yahoo!'s new Panama release, many are opting to use their Google AdWords structure as opposed to converting from their Overture campaigns. Why? Because AdWords, in structure, is more similar to Panama than is Overture. So the first step is to export your Google AdWords campaign and then send it off to Yahoo! to import for you.
How does one export their ads from Google? A WebmasterWorld thread has the answer.
The first step is to download Google AdWords Editor because this desktop product gives you the best ability to export your data from Google.
Then you can follow these steps to export your data from Google. I assume you use the export to CSV option.
Use Export to CSV to show your account and changes to someone without AdWords Editor, or if you simply need access to a file with your current account data, including your unposted changes. To export as a .csv file, follow these steps:
Go to the File Menu > Export to CSV. You can either download the whole account or the campaign or ad group that is currently selected in the tree view.
Select the location where you'd like to save your snapshot, change the file name if desired, and click Save.
For the best view of your account data, open Excel, then go to the File Menu and open your exported file.
Then you ask Yahoo! to upload the data for you. If they say no, show them that they said they would at Yahoo! To Offer One Time Free Bulk Keyword Upload To Customers.

How to Set Up a Successful Google AdWords Campaign
If you are looking for a fast way to market your products
or business, then Google AdWords is a great solution. You
can set up an AdWords campaign within a few minutes and be
making good money within days.
What is Google AdWords?
These are small pay per click ads that are displayed on the
right side of Google search results. The ads provide highly
targeted text or image ads based on what words people use
to search for your product.
Steps involved in setting up an AdWords campaign?
1. Read an overview of Google AdWords to become familiar
with how it works.
2. Find a product, service to promote that is in high
demand. This can be an affiliate product or one of your own
products. Don't create and promote a product which has no
demand. Do your keyword research first.
3. Keyword research - try to think of the main keywords
people would enter into a search engine that is related to
your product. Then use the keyword research tools below to
see how many times these keywords have been searched on
in last month. Also research alternative or similar keywords.
Google Adwords Suggestion Tool
Overture Suggestion Tool
Wordtracker
4. Create ad groups - create an ad group for each main
keyword or keyword phrase. Use Wordtracker to research
another 10 to 20 keywords related to your main keyword.
This will enable you to target people who are specifically
using those words for searching. Now you can create a
number of different ad groups for each main keyword.
5. Check the number of AdWords campaigns - enter any of
your main keywords in the Google search engine and see how
many ads are displayed on the right side of the search
results. This will tell you how many AdWord campaigns are
running already. If there are only a few Google Ads displayed
and your targeted keyword is in high demand (high number of
searches), you have the potential to create a winning ad
campaign.
6. Write your ad copy - look at the ads people are already
using on Google to give you an idea of how to write them.
Use your main keyword or keyword phrase in the title of
your ad copy. You may even be able to include other
keywords within the body of your ad. Here's an example of a
typical ad:
Effective Web Site Promotion
Promotion strategies for
marketing your product or service
isitebuild.com/web-site-promotion
You can write three lines of ad text with a total of 95
characters. The Display URL has a 35-character limit. The
Destination URL can be up to 1,024 characters and is the
actual web page users will land on after they click on your
ad.
Write different ad copy for each of your ad groups. You
never know which one will pull the best.
7. Create a Google AdWords account - there is a US$5.00
activation fee for Google AdWords. After that, you decide
how much you are willing to pay per click and per day. You
can choose a maximum cost-per-click (CPC) from US$0.05 -
US$50 and set a daily budget as low as 5 cents USD or as
high as you want.
For example, if you set your daily budget for $50/day/ad at
10 cents/click, you will get a maximum of 500 clicks/ad.
Once you have reached your limit for that day, Google will
automatically suspend running your ad until next day.
8. Test and monitor your AdWord campaigns - start with 3 ad
groups, then keep the other ad groups for later as you
monitor your current campaign. Make the necessary changes
to your ad copy, keywords or bid prices to improve your
clickthrough rate. Google automatically tracks the clickthrough
rate for each of your ads.
To identify how many of your customers clicked through to
your site from your Google AdWords ad, use a unique tracking
URL for each ad. This will also give you an indication which
ads and keywords converted the most clicks to sales.
To use tracking URLs, just place the following parameter at
the end of your URL: ?referrer=source.
Example: If your URL is: www.your-domain.com, your tracking
URL could be www.your-domain.com/?referrer=Google
Once you've created your tracking URLs, you can get your
traffic data from your Web server logs or from third party
tracking software. Your log file has an entry for each
click to your site. Just count the entries where "Google"
(or another source reference) appears in the referring URL.
The tracking software I use is Adtrackz
Here you can set up any number ad tracking campaigns and
easily view them all on one page.
If you follow these guidelines for creating your Google
AdWords campaign, you can quickly attract thousands of
visitors to your web site or affiliate program and generate
instant sales.

首先,支票背面的指定位置需要你的签名,签名要和正面收款人的一致(别担心,银行工作人员都会告诉你的啦~~);
其次,您需要向银行交纳一定的手续费和支票的邮寄费(支票要寄到国外银行),所收费用根据各地情况而不同。邮寄费一般为10——12元人民币不等,手续费一般为支票金额的0.1%(不足10元按10元交纳);

Google
标题:欢迎光临_Google_AdSense祝贺您!
